About Rates

• Minimum stay is 3 nights.
• No additional charge for children under 6 years of age.

About Booking

• $200.00 per week confirmation payment, due when booking.
• Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Visa, Mastercard, checks, cash accepted.
• Cancellation fee: $100.00 or as specified in Vacation Rental Agreement.

• All units are non-smoking. Outdoor smoking permitted.
• Free parking. One parking space per unit. (Ask about additional parking, if needed.)
• Onsite laundry available.
