Policies:

• State and local taxes are not included in rates.
• Up to two children, age 11 and under, may stay free when occupying adults room when (using existing bedding.)
• All rates and discounts are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply to promotional rates/specials.
• A Clean Up fee is not included in rates quoted. Clean Up fees vary by unit and range from $55 to $85.

Additional Charges

Additional Charges may be assessed for the following:

• More that "usual" cleaning services are required
• Adult guests staying with registered guests, unless specific arrangements are made at booking time
• Repair or replacement of items is required due to you, your pet or your guests.

Weekly Rentals Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be done in writing. A cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are based on the number of days ahead of arrival that we receive your written notice.

29-14 days in advance of arrival date: Refund of 50% of charges

14 or fewer days ahead of arrival date: No refund

About Dogs

As dog owners ourselves, we understand that your dogs may need to travel with you!

Most dogs are permitted with advance approval. (Additional cleaning charges may apply.) Please contact us for details!

The county has created several "Paw Playgrounds" just for dogs, where your dog can run free! They even feature showers for when your dog gets hot, and dog-level water fountains!
