Guest Information

Our Minimum Stay:

  • 3 nights (May - December)
  • 1 week (January - April)

Minimum Age:

  • The responsible party(ies) to be 25 years or more.
Taking a Break

Rates:

  • Do not include state and local taxes (12% combined.)
  • Are subject to change without prior notice

Your rate will not be upward adjusted if rates increase after you book.

About Guests:

  •  Each unit has a maximum number of guests.
  • All guests must be registered in advance.
  • Please notify us of all day visitors - in advance.
  • Day visitors are limited to two per unit, unless otherwise arranged with management.
  • If you have questions about the number of guests, contact us before booking.
  • Prices quoted are based on the unit and the number of guests.
  • There is no charge for children under 6 years with parent.
  • Additional guests (in excess of the standard number)  is $25.00 - 50.00 per person, per day, plus taxes.

No Fees for

  • Cleaning

  • Parking (one space per unit)
  • Use of beach chairs and beach carts
  • Early check-in, if available, at no charge
  • Concierge services are available upon request for sports, events, and attractions.

Dogs may accompany their family/guest party, with prior approval

  • No fee for 1 dog
  • Fee for 2nd dog: $15 per day, plus taxes
  • Maximum: 2 dogs per unit
  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate cats
  • See agreement for your stay for full details pertaining to dogs.
Dogs Need a Vacation, Too!  

If you will arrive in less than 30 days:

  • Payment in full is due - unless you call and make other arrangements.

If you will arrive in more than 30 days, then partial payment is required to book.

  • We call the partial payment, your 'Confirmation Payment'.
  • The Confirmation Payment amount is based on how long you stay:

         If you are staying:

  • 5 or less nights, the Confirmation Payment due is $150.00 USD.
  • 5 to 15 nights, the amount is $200.00 USD.
  • More than 15 nights, the amount is $200.00 USD per week, to a maximum isof $600.00 USD.

Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard are accepted.

If you have questions or will be staying for more than 4 weeks, please contact us.

Payment

To cancel a reservation, written notification is required.

  • We will contact you when we get your written cancellation.
  • If we do not contact you, assume we have NOT heard from you.  And, please contact us again.
  • A $25  cancellation fee may apply to reservations paid by credit card.
Refunds are based on the number of days reserved and when the notice is received.  If you are staying:
  • 3 - 5 nights, then 14 days notice is required.
  • 6 - 9 night, then 21 days notice is required.
  • 10 nights or longer, then 30 days notice is required.
Sorry, no refunds for early departures or no shows. Cancellation in Writing

Late check out, if available, is $75 plus taxes.

All units are non-smoking.

  • Smoking out-of-doors is permitted.
    • Anyone smoking indoors will incur a cleaning fee of $500 per occurrence, and will be asked to leave the property.
